Rules and Info *UPDATE: Time extended till monday 6th july*

GENERAL INFO
It's time for our first Smoking Guns league.
Games will be played 4 on 4 in Bank Robbery mode. (game details below)
All clans are allowed to sign up.
Sign ups are possible via PM on this forum or on IRC to any of the admins of this cup
When signing up, 2 clan members must be selected who will be responsible for communication and arranging matches.

Time Schedule
Sign ups are open until Sunday 21th of june 21.00 CET
Games will be played from Monday 22th June until Monday 6th of July
Games will NOT be played on fixed dates, but clans have to arrange a match on a date that suits both teams.


Games
Depending on sign ups, each clan will play 2 or 3 games.
Depending on sign ups, clans will be divided in 2 or 3 groups.
Groups will be decided by seed, seeding will be decided by the admins, they can be questioned by all clans if they feel they are seeded wrong.
Seeding is a hypothetical ranking used to devide the clans into groups.

Each match consists of 2 maps, each team can choose one map from the maplist.
*UPDATE*: High seed clan will choose what map is played first, lower seed decides if they want to start as outlaws or lawmen
The maplist is: Durango, Mexico, Newtown, Cobber Canyon, Santa Cruz, Dawnfort, Alamo and Hang'em High.
Scorelimit is 7, round timelimit 3 and no timelimit .
All matches must be played on the sg.wars clanwars server.
If non European teams sign up, exceptions can be made!

Winning team gets 3 points, in case of draw, each team gets 1 point.
When 2 or more teams have equal points, the amount of rounds won will be decisive who ranks first.

A referee/admin must be present during a game, all other spectators are NOT allowed.
If a round goes to a time out 1 POINT WILL GO TO THE DEFENDING TEAM

Additional game rules will be discussed with the clans who have sign up, majority of votes will decide on specific extra rules.

Woo! Team Bacon is totally about this(Well, I haven't asked them, but I don't see why they wouldn't be.), so sign us up!

We're a clan in all kinds of time zones, with all kinds of schedules, so depending on when it takes place our team will consist of some combination of the following players: Nixito, Caseus, Taco, 'Slice, Smokey, Redwing, and Jake.

Let's bring a few more teams (CM, sPg, .45?) and we're all set to start! Maybe we could even launch it a few days sooner?

Yeahhh - 4 (think the fifth member will not play ) members till now.
It will be difficult for us to fight at league with only 4 members, so we hope
to get 1-2 more....but then we will register asap.

Why would it be difficult to play with 4 members? Games are played 4 VS 4.

at this time i have terrible working times, so its possible that i cannot
play at every match - also another one has exams at this time
so it would be good to have 1-2 more to cover the failures.

I am proud to announce, that also nox seems to have a team ready to join the league!

you can choose one map per match (from the maplist)

if team A plays versus team B
Team A can choose one map, i.e. Durango
Team B can choose the second map i.e. hang 'em High

Hi folks,
after long discussions we couldn`t find a idea to join the summerleague.
As i wrote before i have terrible working times to this time. Another one
has exams and another one has also obligations. So it would be difficult
for us to get 3 players online (4 near impossible). Perhaps in future we
have more members to avoid such difficulties. We wish all clans a funny
time at tourney and hope to join next round.
