script for pause/slow motion and fast forward DEMO's

Since SG doesn't have a UI for this, I made a little script because a lot of people were asking me about this.

Controls:
on the keypad:
7 = pause
8 = normal speed
9 = Slow motion

4 = Fast forward
6 = Super fast forward.

How to 'install':
SG 1.0:

• Download the .cfg file in directory C:\Program Files\Smokin' Guns\smokinguns
  _{(If you use these buttons for other things when playing, set you q3config.cfg to 'read only' when watching demos.)}
  
  
• Start SG, open console and type: 'exec demoviewer"
  _{(if you set your config to read only you have to do this everytime you want to use this scipt)}
  
  
• Load the demo
